SBI PO Salary
- Basic pay : The starting basic pay for an SBI PO is INR 41,960, with four advance increments.
- In-hand salary : In-hand salary for an SBI PO ranges from INR 52,000 to INR 55,000 per month.
- Gross compensation : Gross compensation for an SBI PO ranges from INR 8.20 lakhs to INR 13.08 lakhs per year.
- Allowances : SBI POs are eligible for allowances such as HRA/Lease rental, DA, Medical, CCA, and others.
- Deductions : Deductions from the gross salary include Provident Fund (EPFO), Income Tax, Professional Tax, and Contributory Pension Fund.
- Salary increments : SBI POs are eligible for yearly salary increments, which are fixed for fixed periods.
