About RAS Exam: Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) is a state civil service examination conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) to recruit officers for the Rajasthan Administrative Service. The selected candidates will be appointed as officers in various departments of the Government of Rajasthan.
Exam Pattern: The RAS exam consists of three stages:
- Preliminary Exam (Objective Type): 150 questions, 150 marks, and 1.5 hours duration
- Main Exam (Conventional Type): Essay, General Knowledge, and General Hindi papers, 300 marks, and 3 hours duration
- Interview: Personal Interview, 100 marks, and 30 minutes duration.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the preliminary exam, main exam, and interview.
